Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your new Satomi Studio piece!
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange your piece(s) within 7 days upon receipt.
- We only accept unworn and undamaged pieces.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- Custom orders are non-refundable.
Before returning or exchanging your piece, please contact us first at email@example.com.
Include your name, the piece you are sending back, reason for return/exchange, and the order number.
Once you have contacted us, please pack your return items safely. As returns will only be issued once we have received the package and can insure the items are not worn or damaged.
Satomi Studio is not responsible for pieces that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend insuring your package with a tracking number (e.g. USPS priority mail).
